About Me

Hi! My name is Jonas Ressem and I’m from Norway.

Growing up, I had no idea what I wanted in life. But I knew I wanted something good—even if that good was inexpressible. In this not knowing, however, I drifted into a period of meaninglessness and depression. It was painful, for sure, but it was also the cataclyst that changed my life for the better. Because in the midst of suffering, I started to immerse myself with information; psychology, philosophy, and personal development in general. And what started as a way to deal with pain, grew into something so much more: it allowed me to discover the better things in life.

At present, I not only want to gain more knowledge of these things, but I want to share them as well. I do it because I want to live better, and if there’s a tiny chance it can make someone else’s life better as well, it seems worth it.
